2. What information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect: contact details (name, email, phone number, delivery/billing address, company name); enquiry and project information you give us about your workplace or requirements; order and account information, including order history and invoices (we don't store full card details ourselves, payments are handled securely by our payment provider); records of calls, emails and messages, including through our website's contact form; your marketing preferences and consent history; and standard technical data such as IP address and browser type, collected automatically when you use our website.

Most of what we hold is given to us directly, when you fill in our contact form, request a quote, place an order, or sign up to hear from us. We may also collect some information automatically through cookies when you browse our site, or receive information about you from a company you work for if they engage us on a workplace project.
