The Brief
As BAE Systems Maritime continues to expand its footprint with new-build projects at Broad Oak, each site brings its own complex and evolving workplace challenges, different layouts, timelines and teams to plan furniture around.
Rather than a single fixed brief, this is a rolling programme of work that needs to adapt as each new building comes online.
Our Approach
We work with BAE Systems Maritime on a rolling basis across these new builds, applying the same specification and delivery approach that's worked well on earlier projects like the CYC building, adapted to each site's own programme.
Being brought in early on each new build means we can plan furniture alongside the construction programme, rather than reacting to it once space is already finished.
The Result
An ongoing working relationship that lets BAE Systems Maritime bring us in early on each new build, rather than starting the conversation from scratch every time.
