The Brief
This London-based asset management firm wanted a modern, agile working space that could flex between focused individual work and team collaboration, for a team of up to 50 people.
The brief called for variety within a relatively compact footprint, spaces for quiet, heads-down work sitting alongside areas built for spontaneous collaboration.
Our Approach
We specified a mix of dens, tables and modular seating zones designed for maximum flexibility, so the space could be reconfigured as teams and ways of working changed.
Furniture was chosen to work as a toolkit rather than a fixed layout, giving the firm room to adapt the space themselves as headcount and teams evolve.
The Result
The finished office gives the firm a genuinely agile space, with zones for quiet focus and open collaboration alongside each other.
It's a good example of how an agile fit-out can work for a smaller, single-site team, not just large corporate relocations.
